Yarmouth Walking Tours offers visitors as well as locals a unique way to explore the Town of Yarmouth.

The Introduction to Yarmouth tour will take you on an informative and interesting adventure through the sea captains district, on the working waterfront and to off the beaten path locations. Guests will learn about the original light keepers, sea captains, shipwrecks, unique Yarmouth events and more.The tour will take you to photo worthy locations all with an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide.

We’ll leisurely cover approximately 1 mile of paved sidewalks and wooden boardwalks. Be prepared for some light hills.  Wear comfy shoes, bring your camera, and get ready to experience Yarmouth in a unique way!

Look for your tour guide at the Frost Park Gazebo.

Your Tour Guide will greet you at the Frost Park Gazebo, located at 410 Main Street, next to Yarmouth Town Hall. There is free street parking after 4PM as well as free parking in a lot next to Frost Park.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available at each tour’s starting location. After your purchase tickets, you’ll receive emails with parking suggestions.

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

Yes. Advanced ticket purchase is required. To maximize your chances of getting the date, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book in advance.

Bookings will close 6 hours before the tour departure time. Please plan accordingly.

Do I need to tip my tour guide?

Gratuities are greatly appreciated if we exceed your expectations, though are not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%. We also love reviews on Trip Advisor or our Facebook page so others can learn about Yarmouth Walking Tours.

Are bathrooms available during the tour?

Yes. Bathrooms are available during the tour at select locations.

Are your tours dog friendly?

We are dog people and welcome dogs on our Introduction to Yarmouth or Eerie & Ominous tour. In accordance with town and municipal bylaws, pets must be on a leash at all times and you are responsible for picking up after your pet.

Due to food safety laws, pets are unable to accompany you on the Pirates & Pints Pub Crawl. If you travel with a service animal, please reach out in advance.
